In this article about video art and its evolution, I learned many things about this particular medium that I did not know before. The author of this article talked greatly about the origins of the medium, as well as how it has grown and changed over time. This article was interesting to me for many reasons, one mainly because I do not know a lot about video art. I now know more about the medium, as well as its origins.

The article starts by introducing the medium, talking about its origins and history. Video art became available to artists in the 20th century. Even though some of the equipment was expensive, many artists and activists came into contact with video technology and used it to their own advantage. Video art soon became a growing and important art form. Video art became a new way of telling stories to viewers.

Even though video was a new growing and important art form, there was some controversy over the subject. Some people thought that this new form of art had narcissistic properties. Some artists thought that other artists were only using video art as a way to show themselves. Also, many artists used actual mirrors in their performances and videos. This controversy was a huge deal in the art world.

The controversy of narcissistic properties did not change how artists used this new form of art. Today, video art is often a hybridization, or a combination with film, computer art, graphics, animation, virtual reality, and all manner of digital applications. This hybridization became popular is the early years of the 21st century.
